Adrian is a leadership and business developer, an activator and performance coach. Adrian was a co-founder of Lane4 Management Group founded in 1995 when coaching, as an effective transformative tool in organisational change, was just beginning to emerge in contemporary business thinking.
Having established his unique brand of enquiry into how to design and land sustainable change Adrian joins Achieve Breakthrough at an exciting time in its evolution. Already established in several sectors for their dynamic and effective methodology, Adrian aims to expand AB’s horizons to new regions and disciplines to compliment their existing portfolio of success.
My favourite breakthrough moment
World stage 1989 – it isn’t just the transformative effect of the world wide web that has literally touched all inhabitants on the planet but the fact that it is hard to contemplate living without it.
Personal stage 2002 – having held a lifelong belief that 3 miles was my real world ceiling when it came to running from A to B in one go, you can imagine the euphoria and ‘breaking through’ my own belief system that resulted in running the London Marathon, in one go. It wasn’t just the achievement itself, but even more powerful was the good-will and encouragement from thousands of people along the route, whom I never knew and unlikely ever will….but their human touch will last a lifetime.
